Return and Refund Policy

We’re confident you’ll enjoy your Mylkit products. But if not, no worries — here’s what you need to know about how our return process works:

Machines

  • Unused machines can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Machines must be in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags included.
  • Used machines may be eligible for a partial refund after inspection.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on non-warranty returns.
  • For warranty-related returns, please see our Warranty Policy — shipping costs are covered for approved claims.

Nut Subscription Pouches & Consumables

  • Nut pouches and other consumable ingredients are not covered by warranty.
  • These items are non-refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged.
  • To request a refund for a defective or damaged pouch, contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Eligibility & Process

  1. Contact our team at enjoy@mylkit.com before sending any item back.
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  3. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Important Notes

  • This policy applies to purchases made directly from Mylkit.com.
  • If you purchased from another retailer, please contact them for their return policy.
  • Mylkit’s liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product, except where prohibited by law.
