We’re confident you’ll enjoy your Mylkit products. But if not, no worries — here’s what you need to know about how our return process works:
Machines
- Unused machines can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Machines must be in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags included.
- Used machines may be eligible for a partial refund after inspection.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on non-warranty returns.
- For warranty-related returns, please see our Warranty Policy — shipping costs are covered for approved claims.
Nut Subscription Pouches & Consumables
- Nut pouches and other consumable ingredients are not covered by warranty.
- These items are non-refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged.
- To request a refund for a defective or damaged pouch, contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Eligibility & Process
- Contact our team at enjoy@mylkit.com before sending any item back.
- Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Important Notes
- This policy applies to purchases made directly from Mylkit.com.
- If you purchased from another retailer, please contact them for their return policy.
- Mylkit’s liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product, except where prohibited by law.
