We stand behind the quality of our nut milk makers and want you to enjoy smooth, reliable use.

That’s why we offer a 1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY on our Stella machines.

WHAT’S COVERED

For one (1) year from the date of delivery, we will repair or replace—at our discretion—any machine that has:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Electrical malfunctions occurring under normal, intended household use

Replacements may be new or certified refurbished units of equal or better value.

This warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.

If your product arrives damaged, please reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number along with photos/videos of the damage so we can assist you promptly and appropriately.

WHAT’S NOT COVERED

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., blades, filters, discoloration)
  • Improper cleaning, maintenance, or storage
  • Use outside of intended household or approved commercial settings
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use of non-Mylkit parts
  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents
  • Nut subscription pouches or other consumable ingredients (these are not covered by warranty and are only eligible for refund if defective or damaged upon arrival)

NO REGISTRATION NEEDED

Your warranty is automatically activated from the date of purchase.

Simply keep your proof of purchase, as it will serve as your warranty reference.

HOW TO FILE A CLAIM

  1. Have your proof of purchase ready
  2. Visit https://mylkit.com/pages/warranty
  3. Provide:

    Order number or proof of purchase
    Description of the issue
    Photos or video (if applicable)

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Our support team will respond within 5 business days
  • If your claim is approved, processing and resolution (e.g., replacement or return label) may take up to 7 additional business days
  • We will cover shipping costs for approved warranty returns
  • Machines must be returned in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags included

Add up to 1 extra year of warranty protection — available at the time of purchase or within 30 days after.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns of unused machines within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Machines must be in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags included
  • A minimum restocking fee of 15% will apply to returns not related to warranty claims or products damaged upon arrival. All returns must be pre-authorized with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before products are mailed back.
  • Nut subscription pouches and other consumable items are eligible for a refund only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival, provided our team is contacted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping on non-warranty returns
  • This policy applies to purchases made directly through Mylkit.com

LEGAL NOTICE

This warranty provides specific legal rights, which may vary depending on your state or country.

Mylkit’s liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product, except where prohibited by law.
