Mango Nut Smoothie

Capacity: approx.10 fl.oz (300mL)

Ingredients:

  • 5.3 oz (150g) Mango
  • 0.7 oz (20g) Walnuts
  • 0.7 oz (20g) Roasted Cashews - Buy Here
  • Purified Water

Instructions:

    1. Peel and pit the mango, then cut it into small chunks no larger than 0.75inch cubes (2cm cubes) for later use.
    2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes, then roast the cashews for 10 minutes (until golden brown) and set aside.
    3. Add water to the tank until it is above the cleaning level line.
    4. Open the Blender Lid, place all the ingredients into the Blender, add one glass of purified water, and close the lid.
    5. Press the “Menu” button, and select the “Smoothie” function.
    6. Press the “Start/Cancel” button to begin the process.
    7. Once finished, pour into a cup and enjoy.
