Ingredients:
- 5.3 oz (150g) Mango
- 0.7 oz (20g) Walnuts
- 0.7 oz (20g) Roasted Cashews
- 5.3 fl.oz (150mL) Purified Water
Instructions:
- Peel and pit the mango, then cut it into small chunks no larger than 0.75inch cubes (2cm cubes) for later use.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes, then roast the cashews for 10 minutes (until golden brown) and set aside.
- Add water to the tank until it is above the cleaning level line.
- Press the “Menu” button, and select the “Smoothie” function.
- Press the “Start/Cancel” button to begin the process.
- Once finished, pour into a cup and enjoy.
